Committed to ensuring the best possible lash experience, we will gladly answer any queries before you purchase. Unfortunately for hygiene & safety purposes we cannot offer refunds or exchange.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the event of a manufacturing fault or incorrect lashes being delivered, we are happy to replace it for you or issue you with a store credit note. Please contact us within seven (7) days from receipt of your purchase to notify us. Proof of purchase and fault must be provided. Lashes must be sent back within 7 days. Faults will not be accepted if the lashes have been worn or removed from the tray.
Free shipping over $100
Orders are shipped via Australia Post to the address provided at checkout. If safe Australia Post will leave the parcel otherwise it will be redirected to your local Post Office for collection. If you wish to sign for your parcel please notify us immediately or provide an alternative address such as a work address.
Once shipped you will be emailed with the tracking details. Please visit https://auspost.com.au/ to track your order. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
Standard postage will take 2-4 business days.
If you are located within NSW/ACT or the national Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), this means next day delivery for majority of customers. Shipments in regional areas outside the Next Business Day Network take 2-4 business days.
Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Cut off time for same day dispatch is 2pm AEST
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Mati Lashes cannot take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees vary widely from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to making any online purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item a shipping charge will apply. All items on our website are in AUD. For an international express service please contact us.

*Unfortunately our system cannot reverse a payment if you have proceeded without applying the Promotion/Discount Code.
